Three roles. Meaningful support.
Education’s challenges look different from every seat. P20 brings the conversation to the decisions and relationships in front of you.
Reflect on your practice, navigate classroom challenges, and grow a career you can sustain.
Work through leadership decisions, support your staff, and build clarity around school and district priorities.
Strengthen governance, clarify responsibilities, and prepare for thoughtful decisions that serve your community.
The Ascholia approach
Start with what is happening in your world. Your coach helps you explore the question beneath the question, notice assumptions, and consider what you want to do.
Coaching comes first. Information and planning have a place when you request them, with a clear distinction between reflection, factual guidance, and action.
Set the focus in your own words. If you are unsure, begin with a recent experience and explore it together.
Look at skills, choices, relationships, and the system around you. A structural constraint should not be treated as a personal failing.
Identify a small action or experiment, decide when to try it, and reflect on what you learn.
A glimpse of the conversation
Explore sample starting points for each role. These examples illustrate the coaching approach; they are not a live AI session.
“I’m putting more time into planning, but my students still seem disengaged.”
“Think of a recent lesson when students were more involved. What was different in that moment?”
Explore the pattern before choosing a change. Your next step might be one small teaching experiment that you decide to try.
P20 is developing its coaching experience. Live sessions, subscriptions, and district licensing are not available on this page yet.
Across the education community
P20 brings teacher, administrator, and board coaching under one education umbrella. The planned district experience connects shared priorities while keeping personal coaching separate from team collaboration.
